Dance Fusion

The class is perfect for every BODY and everybody! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. Take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout combines all fitness elements – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a severe dose of fantastic each time you leave class.

Flow/Yin Yoga

Warm up with 25 minutes of Power Yoga, and then enjoy an extra-long set of restorative and relaxing poses (Yin). This 50-minute class will cultivate a balance between power and depth. It is the best of both worlds; movement and a deep stretch. Flow and Yin will leave you feeling strong, stretched, and relaxed by the end of class.

Legends Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is an excellent way for older adults to get the incredible health benefits of yoga. Staying seated means that seniors or those who aren’t flexible can safely do the exercises.

Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.

Legends - Dance & Drum

Ready to get a full workout while drumming it out like a rockstar!


Using rhythm as the source of inspiration Legends Dance & Drum will combine the use of an exercise ball, a platform to hold it, and drumsticks to create a unique workout.

Dance & Drum fitness is a choreographed format where participants use drumsticks to target various specific areas of the body during the activity.


Our Legends Dance & Drum combines the benefits of a traditional Legends fitness class that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. In addition, participants’ brains will benefit from the music and rhythm.

Legends Fit 4 Life

Our Legends Fit 4 Life focuses on building strength and endurance while improving balance and stability through safe, effective, and functional exercises.

Are you ready to establish a healthy and fun fitness routine? Then, join our instructor Karen and get a full-body workout. No experience is needed, and all movements can be adjusted for each individual’s abilities.

Powerflow All Levels Yoga

A fitness-based vinyasa practice. Build internal heat, increase stamina, strength, and flexibility, and reduce stress during this 50-minute class! Get ready to move, be challenged, and have fun! We will flow from pose to pose, utilizing alignment principles, personal awareness, and breath.

Classes are for everyone from beginners to advanced, pose modifications and extensions are offered.

Come enjoy the total health benefits of yoga on and off the mat!

Step and Pump

Turn Up!

Turn Up! isn’t just a regular fitness class! This class is where women will PUSH LIMITS and BARRIERS we have set for ourselves. The group will unite to empower one another to be multifaceted, make ourselves a priority, stop playing small, and live the lives we desire. We’ll be moving forward during the “Turn Up!” group fitness class while getting a fun, intense workout incorporating HITT (high-intensity interval training), strength training, and dance!

Everyone will be challenged, but you will embrace it, and as you step outside of your comfort zone with the Turn Up! group – you will step into your girl power like never before!

Beginners WERQ

Are you interested in taking a WERQ class but hesitant about keeping pace with the dances? We have created a Beginners WERQ class with all the WERQ dances/songs broken down and taught at a slower pace to help prepare you for the regular WERQ classes!

TaeBo

Tae Bo is a high-intensity full-body workout and is one of the most popular exercise methods ever devised. This workout combines aspects of Boxing, Martial Arts, and dance with adrenaline-racing musical beats. Tae Bo will tone the body and give you a great cardio workout, all while burning fat and teaching some self-defense techniques.

WERQ

WERQ instructors build a heart-pumping playlist featuring the hottest pop and hip-hop music. WERQouts give you the best sweat with repetitive athletic moves and fresh new dance steps.

Each week, new choreography is introduced, so you can WERQ the routines you know and have the opportunity to challenge yourself with the ones you’re learning!
